The world makes sense again

Mon May 14, 2007, 8:36 AM
Last night i dreamed that our child was an alien. there was the golden flashing in the clouds and the same flashing that pulsated with the child's rage. The bones in his face could be seen beneath the skin as they irradiated like calcium based flourescent bulbs. from far away the explosion was impossibly bright and silent. beautiful and terrible at once, like the old military videos of the bikini atoll tests. Everything was decimated and among the smoldering ruins stood the golden child in tattered clothes, still smoldering in his rage.

We are the music makers.
We are the dreamers of dreams.
Wandering by lone sea breakers.
Sitting by desolate streams.
World losers and world forsakers on whom the pale moon gleams.
And yet we are the movers and the shakers of the world forever.
